Curable Reducer / Detackifier For Plastisol Ink at the best priceOur Curable Reducer is a fast-acting ink modifier designed to lower the viscosity of plastisol ink, decrease fusion temperature, enhance adhesion to polyester fabric, and impart a smoother texture to the ink. Incorporating just 10% of Curable Reducer improves the adhesion characteristics of plastisol ink, ensuring better adhesion to polyester fabric. Tip: To achieve optimal results, experiment with the precise amount of Xenon Product's Curable Reducer you need, starting with a 5% addition to 10%.
Recommended Application For Curable Plastisol Ink Reducer:Curable Reducer reduces the viscosity of the plastisol ink and lowers the fusion temperature at the same time. While Curable Reducer brings the ink down to a workable consistency, it does not reduce the color as significantly as regular ink reducers - It adds to the soft hand of the Plastisol ink. The recommended level is between five and ten percent. Adding more than ten percent may affect the color's intensity and the ink's opacity.
Highlights:
- reduces the viscosity of the plastisol ink, making it thinner
- It lowers the fusion temperature, thereby reducing the flash time.
- helps make the ink feel softer and more flexible
- It improves the flow of the plastisol ink.
- Lower odor than competitive reducers.
-
Excellent compatibility across multiple plastisol brands, not just Xenon inks.
-
Minimal loss of opacity, even at 3–5% addition.
-
Improved creaminess without making the ink overly short or watery.
-
Stable viscosity during long production runs.
-
Non-phthalate and compliant with current environmental standards.
