- Tack-free formulation
- Very bright colors
- Outstanding printing because of the creamy nature of this ink and the ease of using the ink

- Recommended for both manual and automatic machines
Application Recommendations for Xen Black Plastisol Ink:
- Mesh 86-110: applying a heavier ink coat to white and light-colored fabrics is unnecessary.
- 110-305 mesh count is ok for light-colored fabrics.
- If you are printing black on color shirts, you may use 86 to - 305 mesh -
- For lighter colors and white, use a mesh count of 160-305.
- squeegee 60-80 A
- Use any xenon product's direct emulsion to make screens; we recommend a high-solids one-part "Qxl" (45% solids). For a heavier deposit of plastisol ink for printing dark shirts, use a higher-solids emulsion and apply two coats: two on the print side and two on the squeegee side.
- cotton and 50/50 cotton/polyester, and Polyester fabrics
- One stroke of application is needed for white and lighter colors.
- fully cured @ 285 F in the dryer for one minute and twenty seconds
- The dryer has to be maintained so that the print temperature is 285-290F for 1 minute and 20 seconds to achieve complete fusion, which will give the print better washability and fusion. The ink sometimes does not fuse properly due to low voltage- Test the temperature with a laser gun. THE BEST COURSE IS TO CHECK ONE SHIRT OR PELLON FOR FUSION OF THE INK.
- Do Not Dry Clean
- Store at room temperature and avoid storing in direct sunlight/humid air.
