XER25 Emulsion Remover Concentrate is a concentrated reclaimer and degreaser that may be diluted 30 times with water.

Application: XER25 Emulsion Remover Concentrate is a concentrated reclaimer or stripper for the emulsion or capillary film. XER25 Emulsion Remover may be diluted up to 30:1 for dipping operations, where the cured emulsion-coated screen is immersed in a diluted stripper bath, or 25:1 for spraying operations. XER25 has a degreaser built into the formulation. While it reclaims the screen, it is also a strong degreaser.
*Wash the screen with care, as you do not want to leave any traces of reclaimer on the screen

We generally use Aquasol HV emulsion for our screens and Easiway Supra in our dip tank.  Our dip tank was getting a bit slow and I had to get a few things from screeningsuppliesstore.com and wanted to hit free shipping so I added a gallon of the XER25.  Huge improvement for the dip tank!

The XER-25 works perfectly but the problem we had is that when it arrived the bottle was leaking.  Luckily it was sealed in a thick bag so that nothing was wasted.  We put it into another bottle and after a few days that bottle leaked.  We had to go to Home Depot and buy a chemical resistant bottle (like $5) to put it in.  Now it sits on the shelf with no problem and we dilute and use XER-25 as needed.
