Screen Blockout WR (for water based ink)Screen Blockout WR is used to block the border of the screen and filling the pinholes after washing the exposed emulsion film. The pinhole issue is something that should not occur in the first place. By degreasing and cleaning the screen properly with the right emulsion and curing at the right time, you should not get pinholes. If you getting pinholes, there is something not done right.

Block Out or fillers may be used for filling the area that is needed on the screen and has to be blocked. The area that is not required for the ink to pass through is also blocked by tapes, but that is expensive and disruptive. Block Out may also be used to close pinholes on the screen. Block out WR is fast drying and recommended for water based ink.
