Resolve Photo Emulsion for Plastisol & Water base Ink is a water-resistant emulsion. it is recommended for both water and plastisol-based ink. due to its high solid, it is easier to develop a thick stencil with resolve with less wet coating. resolve offers high resolution and sharp edge definition.

Exposure Resolve Photo Emulsion:
Distance should be about one and a half times the diagonal measurement of the artwork from point of the light source. the times given below are approximations when you apply two coats on each side with the round edge at a distance of 40" from the light source. metal halide 5-k 305 yellow 120 seconds 200 yellow 1 50 sec. 160 white 170 sec. 110 white 250 sec. fluorescent tubes-10 tubes of 40 watts 110 white 240 seconds
