EDGE Silkscreen Photopolymer Emulsion RED OR BLUE
EDGE Silkscreen Photopolymer Emulsion RED is a One-Part, quick-drying, and fast-exposing photo-polymer emulsion. The EDGE Silkscreen Photopolymer Emulsion RED/BLUE is one of the fastest-exposing emulsions available that may be used for plastisol, UV, and solvent ink systems. The Edge works best on the i-image unit and does not clog the filters like many other one-part products. The Edge does not clog the sewer system.

GUIDELINE:
Before applying the emulsion to the screen, clean it thoroughly with a degreaser. Let the emulsion dry, then wash it with a soft water mist to create the image.
EXPOSURE:
The distance for the exposure should be about one and a half times the diagonal measurement of the artwork from the point of the light sources. Yellow and orange mesh require at least 50% more time than white mesh. The times below are based on the white mesh at approximately 40 inches.
