CleanEase DTF Printhead Cleaner is a powerful, eco-friendly cleaner formulated to quickly dissolve and remove

stubborn clogs, dried ink, and residues from DTF printhead without the harsh solvents used in many “strong” cleaners that can damage delicate parts. Biodegradable and environmentally safe, CleanEase is our Green Technology solution for keeping your equipment running like new.

Recommended use

Periodic cleaning & maintenance: dilute CleanEase 1:1 with distilled water for routine wipe-downs or soakings.
Overnight soak: dilute to half strength (50/50 with distilled water) for overnight printhead soaking to loosen dried ink.
After purging: flush the unit thoroughly with distilled water to remove any cleaner or loosened residues.
For surface cleanup: mix CleanEase 1:1 with distilled water and use to wipe tables, machines, and any areas that have ink spots.

Important notes & precautions

Avoid high-pH cleaners (for example, ammonia-based products). High pH traces can alter ink pH and create serious printing issues.
Always flush systems with distilled water after using CleanEase to ensure no residue remains.
