Best White Plastisol Ink

BestWhite™, the ultimate white plastisol ink renowned for its superior quality. This high-opacity ink guarantees exceptional coverage with its rich and creamy texture reminiscent of butter. BestWhite™ boasts a visually striking brightness and maintains the perfect viscosity, striking a harmonious balance that is neither too heavy nor too light. Crafted as a non-phthalate formula, this ink fuses flawlessly at temperatures ranging from 330 to 350F.

Why settle for less when you can compare with the best?

We recommend using BestWhite™ ink on cotton, 50/50 fabric blends, and even 60-70 percent polyester and cotton mix for optimal results.

While Best White ink is considered low bleeding, it should not be mistaken for a non-bleeding ink. Dark-colored shirts may still experience bleeding. To avoid this, we suggest using our Mustang White ink, which is virtually non-bleeding. We strongly advise conducting thorough tests on bleeding-prone shirts before production to ensure any ink has the desired non-bleeding effect.

To achieve a complete fusion and enhance washability, it is crucial to maintain a printing temperature of 330-350F for one minute and twenty seconds. Inadequate fusion can sometimes occur due to low voltage, so we recommend using a laser gun to test the temperature. We highly recommend conducting a fusion test on one shirt or Pellon to ensure proper ink fusion. Sometimes, the higher temperature of flash units makes the Plastisol ink tacky- The best way to avoid that is to put a fan to cool down the ink for the next application.

Migration and sublimation, which occur at 300F, are essential to consider when dealing with bleeding. To address this, flashing should be performed between 250-275F while maintaining the dryer temperature below 300F. Typically, low-fusing inks are used in such situations. We suggest using a 110 mesh count for enhanced coverage for dark fabrics. After printing, stretch the fabric in both directions to ensure complete curing. If the ink cracks or fails to adhere properly, it indicates insufficient curing.

Choose BestWhite™ for impeccable white screen printing ink that surpasses all expectations.

  • The dryer has to be maintained so that the temperature at the print is at 330-350F for one minute and twenty seconds for a complete fusion that would give the image a longer washability and total fusion. The ink sometimes does not fuse properly due to low voltage- Test the temperature with a laser gun. THE BEST COURSE IS TO CHECK ONE SHIRT OR PELLON FOR FUSION OF THE INK.
The other vital factors for bleeding purposes are migration and sublimation which both occur at 300F - So the flashing should be done between 250-275 F and the dryer should be maintained, for bleeding issues, below 300 F. Usually, low fusing inks (MUSTANG) are being used in that situation. We suggest using a 110 mesh count for dark fabrics for better coverage. Stretch the fabric after printing to ensure the ink is fully cured. If ink cracked or did not stick to the fabric, it was not fully fused.

5 of 5 BANG for the buck! July 16, 2023
Reviewer: greg cook from Albuquerque, NM United States
Printed on many 110, 158, 200, ink goes through so easy!  Not too thick, so more on the thin side but have used on Gildan fleece, and with flash no issues.  However on 100% cotton..no issues!  I'd be careful on unfamiliar poly cotton.

3 of 5 Poor packing March 7, 2023
Reviewer: David Flowers from Newport News, VA United States
Order was poorly packed and bottom of the one gallon of ink was cracked and leaking out. Lost about a pint of ink. Was able to clean and tape the bottom of the container but shouldn't have had to.
