110 Yellow Screen Mesh 80 Micron Thread
110 Yellow Screen Mesh 80 Micron is a high-modulus (highly elastic), low elogation polyester monofilament mesh.
- Ideal for printing on t-shirts, textiles, and ceramics.
110 count is considered a higher mesh count.110 mesh may be stretched to a maximum of 40N/cm2. The percentage of open area in the higher mesh helps handle high tack or heavier, high-opacity inks. So when you are printing with white ink or high-opacity colors, use a 110-mesh count.
Printers who do not prefer an underbase for dark shirts should use 86-110 mesh and print/flash/print with a high-opacity ink. Though we suggest making sure that you use a higher count for darker shirts, plastisol ink, and emulsion (solids and viscosity factors), the type of fabric poses special challenges and considerations.
