Silver Glitter Plastisol Ink

Silver Glitter Plastisol Ink is a great special effect shimmer ink that will make your shirts stand out with a remarkable glitter design

APPLICATION:
  • mesh 40-60 for best results
  • squeegee 60-70
  • use any xenon product's direct emulsion
  • cotton and 50/50 cotton/polyester fabrics
  • print/ flash print for dark shirts and one stroke for lighter and white fabrics
  • fully cure at 330-350°F - Dryer time should be one minute and twenty seconds
  • The dryer has to be maintained so that the temperature at the print is at 320-350F for one minute and twenty seconds for a complete fusion that would give the print a longer washability and fusion. The ink sometimes does not fuse properly due to low voltage- Test the temperature with a laser gun. THE BEST COURSE IS TO CHECK ONE SHIRT OR PELLON FOR FUSION OF THE INK.

*STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE AND AVOID STORING IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT/HUMID AIR.

*CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN AFTER PRINTING

Very good glitter ink. Invest in a few 40 to 60 mesh screens, and most of the time all you need is 1 coat, but don't expect to print with it through a 110 or higher screen.
